I saw this Jane Austen adaptation yet again. A bit old-fashioned with all the lords, estates, inheritance and dowry, and restrained feelings, but nevertheless well performed by all. We follow the two Dashwood sisters and their challenges with acquiring a husband. See more at Rotten Tomatoes.

Chicken run: dawn of the nugget (Danish: flugten fra hønsegården: operation nugget)
I saw this movie on Netflix. Not nearly as good as the first Chicken Run I saw yesterday. The story is not as good as in the first one. Although there are some laughs here and there, it was definitely not as good and funny as the first one.
Chicken run (Danish: flugten fra hønsegården)
Another Aardman masterpiece. Claymation in the tradition of Wallace and Gromit. I saw it on Netflix, because a sequel (Operation nugget) is now available to see. See more at Rotten Tomatoes. A bunch of chickens want to escape from the egg farm they are confined to. They want their freedom like in so many other movies.
Downton Abbey – a new era (Danish: Downton Abbey – en ny æra)
I saw this movie in the local cinema. A bit sleepy performance, but also a bit hectic because the many characters needed to have their story told in a matter of 2 hours. Maybe also a bit unrealistic that an experienced movie director needed to have some amateurs tell him what to do to save his doomed picture. See more at Rotten Tomatoes.
Sense and sensibility (Danish: Fornuft og følelse)
I saw this Jane Austen dramatization on Netflix. I like movies with Emma Thompson, she makes a lot of movies better. See more at Rotten Tomatoes.
The Pirates! Band of misfits
I saw this for the second time – this time on Netflix. There are a lot of things going on and if have to read the posters and signs scattered around in the movie you really have to be rewinding and seeing it again. For example, Jane Austen looks a bit like Helena Bonham Carter – maybe it is just a coincidence. See more at Rotten Tomatoes.
Pride
I saw this on national tv DR2. See more at Rotten Tomatoes.
